I am dad, husband, I.T. manager and college instructor. I help entrepreneurs and small businesses conquer technology by dealing with tech drama, so they don’t have to!
I started my career helping friends & family with their computer problems, back when an 80286 processor was a ‘thing’. Soon I discovered I had both the curiosity and the patience to troubleshoot and help others, which led me to focus my career on IT Services. I lived through, survived Y2K, and saw the internet becoming what it is today.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in business with concentration in I.T., an MBA, CompTIA Security+, AWS-CCP, MTA Sec and I am currently preparing for the CompTIA CySA+.
